Default Core stock motor

What's the hot brush and spring set up for these?
Do you gear them differently than a P2K2 or P2K? I have a TC3 geared at 72/28 with a P2K2.

Thanks for any input.

I'm using the Axiom version of the motor with their brushes...

Part# 1203
12% Silver with cavity (Serrated)

Checkout:
Axiom Motors Products Page

These things rock...
I will post dyno pulls I have...
7.0V & 120 Watts @ 21A...

as far as gearing on a TC3?
I ran it in a XXX and 78/22 for a small high traction track.

Ok now, these are just suggestions. I haven't actually tried it out yet but I've been told that this is a good setup.

4499s with purple/red spring pos/neg.

I asked about the purple, thinking it was too stiff, and was told it helps bring the torque out. I've also been told narrowing the brush on the trailing edge only helps with efficiency. I'll report more as soon as I've tried some of these tips.
