.1-20 amp motor run in (for lathe, motors, tire truers)
graphing software so we can analyze discharge curves
memory storage
cycling feature
temp detection
Second that, especially the discharge and charge tray built in part.

I agree with Speedo that interface is very important, also looks and quality.

I'd also like it to be all of this:
Small with
Big screen
Light weight
Built in transformer (auto adjusting 100/240 volts) also with 12 Volt input.
USB Computer connection, that is very easy, believe me.
Adjusting parameters while charging, current, peak limit etc.

I know that all these options are not possible in the same charger but that's what I would like.

I would like to see:
-.1 to 8A charge, adjustable in .1 or .2A steps
-temperature sensor for charging (it should be able to peak by -temperature and delta peak, whichever comes first)
-step charging
-.1 to 30A dishcarge, adjustable in .1 or .2A steps
-motor run in
-rpm sensor for motor run in (not a real dyno, just something to give you a general guideline)
-I would like to keep the charger around $200, so I think graphing isnt necessary, a small screen that shows the usual information should suffice. I think the charger should be able to do graphs and give additional information for charging, disharging, and motor run in when hooked up to a computer. It could even have memory so you could save information from charging at the track and download it to your computer when you get home, although that would probably be too expensive. The computer software could be sold seperately to cut costs, or included if it wont make it too expensive.
-Size wise, I think GFX size is too big, it doesnt have to be really small but dont make it bigger than something like a quasar pro.
-Discharge tray would be cool as long as it doesnt raise the price too much
