Ofna gtp2e 14/51 gearing
Well i just bought the car to bash with. I am running the hpi flux 2200kv motor with a mamba monster v3. So i am wondering what's the best for gearing? Also where can i buy the pinion gears and what not. I can only find 18 for the highest motor pinion.. Please recommend the rite tires and springs.. Thanks.

I see this is a few months old but in case you still want to know:
The largest pinion you can fit with the 51T spur is 26T. I have a bunch of different pinions all the way up to 30T that I bought on amainhobbies.com. They are the Tekno pinions. You will need mod 1 pinions that fit a 5mm shaft. The best gear setupdepends on what you want to do with it and how many cells you are running. I run 6s and if you gear it for about 60MPH the motor won't over heat and you should see descent runtimes.
I think the stock springs are fine and the stock tires are fine for bashing too up to about 65MPH. Much faster than that and you risk a blow out. If you want to go faster you need either belted rubber like Ipanema, GRP ect. or foams. I run John's BSR racing foams and have been very happy with them.
