It's a hpi sprint or hpi sprint gti if it's slightly shorter than a TC

No the shock towers and they way they bolt on are wrong for the RS4. Also the belt tensioner isn't in the same place. If it is an RS4 it has been modified quite a bit. For some reason I'm thinking some type of older Schumacher.

That's the sprint 2, you have the sprint 1 there.

As Luke says, it's an HPI Sprint.
http://www.hpieurope.com/kit-info.ph...=en&partNo=311

The parts list can be found here
http://www.hpieurope.com/parts.php?lang=en&partNo=311
and a lot of the parts are used on the Sprint 2 so most spares should be easy to get hold of.

Here is a few pictures of the HPI chassis next to my Associated TC4, as you can see they are the same size.

so it is a 1/10 scale, there is no belt tensioner on it, one of many parts I need to find. It does look a little like the Sprint that is linked above.

Are the parts for the Sprint 1 and the Sprint 2 interchangeable?

Most parts are interchangeable, the main modifications were just to the chassis, top deck and shock towers. If you go to the link I posted above for the parts list, each page for the part will list which cars they are compatible with, so you can see which ones are used on the Sprint2 as well.

For example this link to the suspension arms lists all the Sprint 2 cars as well as the Sprint EP cars to show they are also used on the Sprint 2.

For those Sprint 2 parts that are different, they should still fit straight on the car.

I bought the motor mount and the belts for the sprint 2, they were the parts I needed to get the chassis up and running. The motor mount looks the same so I don't think there should be a problem. Thanks for everyones help. It is funny that the guy I bought it from for $50 dollars, didn't know what it was. It looks like with the parts I bought and a few turnbuckles this will be a nice touring car
