Tire Warmers...

Our outdoor season just started and its cold out there. Is there any way to make your own tire warmers without paying for a new one at a hobby shop?

Too bad you'll warm up the whole car, and I don't think that's really what you want.
And if you put it in A box, you can't work on it, that's not very handy.
Though I guess it will do the job!
