Shocks feel good and are easy to build. Can't compare to the Tamiya shocks because I never used them.

Can someone measure the diameter of the new pistons, and if they have any, the old T3 pistons, cheers.

Trying to work out the surface area of the pistons and holes to see what will be similar to the T3'12

Thanks

T3-2012 pistons are 10mm and the T4 pistons are 11mm.

Oh oh, did you seal the chassis? During a hard head on crash, you risk de-lamination. Just fair warning. Hate to see a 100+ dollar chassis replacement in your future.

Just noticed you are in the UK so i don't know the currency conversion.

Looking further at your pics, it looks like you sealed the shock tower so im guessing you did seal the bottom chassis. My bad if i made the wrong assumption.

Anyone know if you can use the old bumper/brace off of the T3 on the T4? Will the old bumper line up with the front bulk head and brace it?

The upper bumper brace is the same as the old car but the bulkheads are so far back it wont touch them. There is a pretty big gap there.

Thanks Erik. I'm going to drive it indoors during the winter and probably leave it on the shelft during the summer, just like my T3 Or maybe I have more next summer so I can try it outdoors ^^

Not sure what I'm going to race. 10.5T blinky or modified. Raced 17.5T boosted last year since most people are running that in Belgium, but there are a lot of crashers in that class.
Too bad they don't race 10.5T boosted anymore, because that was what I wanted to race.
