As far as the motor goes, I think I'm going to stick with the reedy for now.

Was wondering if anyone would notice . Lol its my revtech cap/sensor board /end bell with 3.5 stator . Looks 1000x better now . I didn't like the swis cheese eend bell with this mount .
I'm running a 92t spur and with a new revtech can only go as low as a 44 and mesh ( motor hits top deck /lay shaft mount but could fit Pinions bigger that my 50 that I have .
I modded the end bell just a little now can get down to a 43.
If I had it to do over I would have got 96t spurs for spec racing and used 44-48pinions

And wouldn't you know, if you do want the "swiss cheese" end bell in orange, there's an app for that.

That motor looks way better by the way. Good job. I was worried the revtech sensor end wouldn't be compatible.

I think orange end bells look great too. Is it ROAR legal to swap those parts? I want to do it but I don't want to run into any snags at races.

You should post a pic of the unfortunate leftover parts motor. A blue Revtech can with Purple end bells. I bet its hideous...like a bruise....lol!

Tks yea I compared them to each other for about 20min looking at sensor placement . For my eyes I don't see over a 5' difference between the sensor positioning between the revtech and d3.5 . So will see this weekend

I like it. I was using a thunder power and the D3.5 is hands down better. Can gear it any way you want it and it still runs super cool. I have yet to see above 140.

Justin. What are you using for your battery holder. The Velcro strap I use from a plus doesn't fit on the T4. Anyone else using anything besides tape.

That's what I thought. I have seen them on Christians car and thought that is what they were.

What wrong with tape? by far the lightest, simplest, and most reliable method I have found.
