Were they running any of these parts at the last ETS?

Looking good Cristian. My current T4 chassis is wearing thin in the rear. I now know what I'm getting when its time to replace it...

Are those just Spec-R mounts anodized black?

They are OEM parts from Spec R. This keeps our tooling costs low for now.

We are also working on an AE Conversion that will use this type of blocks so eventually we will make our own, but the volume of the sales many times makes it pointless to make a full production run of aluminum pieces and then the molds for the plastic.

What helps is that the plastic parts are readily available, high quality and inexpensive.

They will be black for now. It allows us to use them for other platforms.

The other thing is matching oranges will be very difficult, so you end up with 2 different color oranges. Black is easy to get right.

Cristian would or could u see urself making a center weight for the T4 platform what would run length of batter between motor and bell crank for the usgt/usvta cars (70+grams ) this could be a really nice piece . I have spent hours shoogooing weights in this area that don't interfere with the belt for these chasses . I feel it would be a very popular item .

Could someone tell me how much exactly a box stock T4 weighs ?

I mean, car complete except for body, electronics, and tyres.

( But WITH wheelnuts and bodyclips ;-)

Thanks !

Most of the testing, the cars have increased corner speed and a ton more steering than the traditional T4. I only run about 85% dual rate on the RX4 chassis vs. the T4 where I run 100% and sometimes even extra with our increased steering lock spacers. The other benefit is the arms don't get loose when you hit dots or flappers. The car is much more consistent.

I'll post some pictures over the weekend. Our chassis kit is due in 2-3 weeks. We finalized testing last week.
Cristian, why do you think these relatively simple changes have given alot of steering? All down to chassis flex?
