Correction to previous post. The track owner did pay someone to build the last couple of tables for him so that the whole room would be complete. So that would be why he sold two spots to Alloy. And basically that just gives Alloy the right to those spots on any days he is going to be racing there.

But its not a must do at Thunder.

EA . That's what I thought. Fair deal I think the tables r far nicer than. The old particle board swimming pools that was there.. lol anyhoo I would like to know that my son and I had a spot during big races (once a yr...) up front to keep the family intertained and clean . So if a spot (s) r available I want one .

Justin,

There are a few spots that Oval guys paid for that I am sure would be willing to split the cost with you. You could pay them for half their spot and use them during Onroad days and they would use them during oval days.

Yes what Ea said is right. I IN NO WAY HAD TO PAY FOR THE SPOTS. We race there alot and I believe in supporting the track you race at in anyway possible. Even tho its 2+ hours from me I consider it my home track. I had sold some stuff and had the spare money, so I contacted them and they had a few spots still, so I bought 2 to help the track out. I don't "own" the spots, just have the right to sit at them when I come and race AS LONG as I let them know I am coming. Its not needed, don't think I've ever seen every table full on any club raceday, as I said I was just helping pay for the place and emminities that I enjoy every week. Thunder R/C is a very nice track and it wouldn't have been possible without a big group of racers willing to chip in. Sorry for the misunderstanding

A bit melodramatic. But I believe the Aeroshell 12 bit, unless I hear otherwise.

The instruction manual mentions oiling the bearings at every stage that uses them.

Hi,

When you open the bag of the chassis plate, is it flat or not please? do it must be flat when all mounted or naked too.
because I ordered two and both are not flat ( +/- 0,5mm at some points)

It should really be flat, but I haven't had a perfect one yet.

After the car is together, check the tweak of it. I am sure you are ok, especially once you put the top deck on.

Hi,

thanks Adam,
I think you're right, carbon sheets are almost never plate, I think it will be much better with top deck

You'll be fine... The biggest thing is to make sure all the shock lengths are the same Also you should tighten the top deck with the chassis laying flat, no tires on.
Never had a problem with the car being tweaked

I hope that I am posting this in the right thread.

What would be a good touring car body for a T4 on a technical, tight, HIGH traction track. I'm running 17.5 blinky.

Thanks

Personally, I'd start with a Protoform LTC-R.
