Last Year I ran a personally modified Futaba 9650 between the front end mounts (forward) in my old GenX that I like to play with modding and it ran great. Just had to remove the entire left mounting ears and shoo goo it to the chassis. Worked flawlessly.

I have a CRC XI and I'm having issues installing the servo mounts(little black L shaped ones) I have a savox and a KO standard servo. seems like the holes in the chassis dont line up. is there something i'm missing???

up until the latest super skinny version of car, all the CRC chassis plates have come drilled for Jr size servos placed on the right side of center and with a different set of mounting holes so that Futaba/airtronics/and I believe KO sized servos will bolt up to the holes that are provided on the left side of center. If your servo doesn't look as if it is lining up with the mounting holes on one side of the chassis, try flipping the servo over and using the different offset holes that are on the other side of the chassis plate.

That car takes a smaller servo. I use a JR Sport MN48. Works great!

hey thanks for the info! what are some other good options for servos. i dont know anything about these mini/micro servos! i got a KO Eurus with a 407 and 409 rx's if that even matters. thanks again for the tips

where can you find this sanwa servo? does anyone here have any experince with the Hitec HS-225MG servo? according to the manual thats what this car recommends and Amain seems to have it in stock and its not expensive. what do you think?

I am using the Airtronics 94761Z High Speed High Torque Micro Digital Servo (copy and paste).

I believe you should be able to get them anywhere, mine was 64.99 from Amain.
