Sorry if this has been covered, I can't find it.
If you want to run the solid chassis...
http://www.teamcrc.com/crc/modules.p...prodID=7719466
What else do you need?
Longer side link 3281?
Do you need the transverse kit also?
Where do you mount the side springs?
Thanks,

yes, the longer link is needed
side springs mount on the tranverse 'top deck' - I guess you could use the standard Xti top deck, but not sure how that would all work out.

They are CRC tires, I put adhesive wheel dots on.
For glue, I have some cheap brush on super glue from Walmart
Center spring, I thought the car was more balanced from high to low speed on the high bite track.
I just got all the new CRC springs in (center shock and side) and haven't tried them yet I'll be trying those in 2 weeks (next road race) and let you know which ones work the best at my track

Most of the cars I saw there were Altered Ego versions of the Xti. I did see a couple stock in-line Xtis though.
If the person in my heats that I was talking to about their chassis is on this forum please PM me. I believe it was a father/son team that had made their own chassis.

I ran over the weekend at NORCAR's annual Vegas Warm-up race.
A TQ and win for my XTi ride!
Here's a pic and the set up I used.
Take note, the CRC carpet was just put down on a new subfloor and the traction was very high!
Set up:
Front:
1.60" grays, 1/2 inside SXT, sidewall glued
.50mm springs (.01" gap between steering block and lower pivot ball)
10* blocks, 2 shims back
1* camber
3.5mm clearance
Rear:
stock shock oil with windtunnel blue "v-hive" spring
CRC blue side springs
15K in tubes, outside elevated
1.65" grays, 3/4 middle SXT, safety glue on seem
3.5mm clearance
1.5mm droop
Notes:
Black Art body
Power Push White Lightening battery
Team Scream motor (Trinity based Killshot)
Hobbywing 1s ESC
Attachment 1112805

Just a quick note to congratulate Randy Grosse and Andrew Knapp for winning the 17.5 and 13.5 classes at the 2013 IIC.
Randy Grosse used a VERY STOCK, inline CRC Xti car to dominate the A-main. Randy lapped up to 3rd setting fast lap in the process. Randy used a stock, inline Xti. No Altered Ego, no transverse kit, stock, the way the Xti comes in the box. John Wiita finished second with his CRC ride. The 4 CRC cars in the A-main finished 1-2-4-5, great result!
Randy also used the CRC Rocket Fuel 1s pack, Black Art R8C body as well as CRC Pro Cut tires.
In 13.5, Andrew Knapp dominated qualifying winning 3 of 4 rounds (CRC's Mitch Witteman won the other). Andrew led wire to wire with his CRC Xti in the transverse battery position. Not an Altered Ego version, Andrew chose the standard Xti with the transverse battery position. Knapp used the R8C body and CRC Pro Cut tires.
We WILL get these setups on the website. Thanks for all the support and kind words.
