Nice work CRC. Just narrow and elongate the chassis a bit more, and you could have an F1!

Oops, my mistake. They don't list the Fut. as one of preferred used servos.

SG1 and I have ours on pre-order! Will keep my Xi, but this is going to be my new ride! It'll debut at the Halloween Classic

Is there a reason for this? I have a 9650, and want the new car, but want to use this servo.

Also, I'd LOVE to see a CRC F1......

I've been using something as basic as a Buggy wing cut down and screwed to the pod and there is a noticeable difference, so I can't see why it wouldn't work. Tamiya have been selling their diffuser for the F1 for ages, and people keep buying it.

What I want to know is, is that a front diffuser or just a bumper in the photos?

Why the extra complexity of a front sub-frame? Why not just widen the chassis plate? I'm not a fan of this type of front end.

I think the pod is from teamtamale.com. See http://www.teamtamale.com/

Diffusers work. I made a basic wedge shaped one with a few vanes for my F1 car, and the difference was very noticeable. So much so, I thought i was hallucinating, but I removed it from the car 1/2 through a battery and it changed the car from stuck to loose.

It's not Tamale. CRC's version of the same though.
