Fun kit to build! Went together very well and I've never built a 1/12 scale before. Running it tonight for the first time so we'll see.
First CRC that I have built, I have some great local CRC guys that I get to race with who gave me some great build advice so it went together well. I have to change my wires to smaller gauge though and a little shorter sensor wire. The car was great first time out, only about 0.1 seconds off the fast lap this last weekend, not too bad since I race against guys that have been top 10 at IIC and one has won Cleveland.

Default broken xti main chassis plate and rear pod plate

Team CRC my main chassis plate and rear pod plate was broken about a month or so ago. i posted on the tread about this and i also posted a few days ago about returning the both for replacement. i have since replace both pieces myself with the original xti chassis and pod plate. i have been looking for the old broken parts to send in for replacement for the newer version of the original xti chassis and rear pod plate. i seem to can't find them. because they was broken i probably threw them away. so what can i do to get the newer version of the original xti chassis?

Heres another.

I'm really really digging this car. About the 4th lap on the new car and I was already up to pace.

For those who are looking for a setup sheet for the Xti, there is one on petit.
It is not as pretty as Frank and his crew can do but at least it is functional.

I think this may have been asked already but will there be an Altered Ego complete kit coming?

Thanks! I really like this car, raced it the first time last night at our club race. Qualified 2nd (0.01 seconds behind ) and won the main. This car rocks!

I'd like to reduce the bump toe-in on my Xti. I have the outer ball studs shimmed up and am using an Airtronics 94761 with the Kimbrough 114 servo saver with the inner ball studs mounted in the middle holes. The manual has you add a shim between the servo and the chassis. Is there a purpose for these shims I am missing?

Without the shims under the Sanwa, the servo saver hangs below the plane of the chassis.
