Ya, there's gotta be a better way for product to get to distributors. I want to support my LHS so I ordered the kits through them the day there was a part number to order. That was over a month ago, and the eta is the 15th of this month. I watched them enter the order in their GP login online the day I ordered.

+1 on CRC's CS though.

Exactly, the Airtronics/JR/KO is the one to go with. It's the dark grey one.

Wait for it. I just spoke with "Whopper" yesterday and they're cranking kits out as fast as humanly possible. I don't think anybody saw how popular this kit was gonna be. If it's any consolation, I bet you'll get yours before I get mine.

Guys. If you have never been to crc you may find this hard to belueve. Crc is not some mega factory with automated production lines spitting out kits one a minute. Be patient. They will come. They are a bit behind and they are working at a fevered pitch to get kits out. There was also a slight flaw in one of the pieces that had to be gone back and fixed. Trust me on the fact that you want your car to be perfect when you open it up. So do they.

Like I said, be patient...... It's worth the wait.

Thumbs up

12th scale is more popular now than it has been in years, and we are heading into the indoor season
This is a good sign

Kits sitting on the shelf, not so much

The newer ones are a kind of off-white color.

Maybe packaged in the US. Its very hard to find rc items completely made in the US.

Hi guys,

First off, thanks for the support and thanks for your patience. We were caught off guard a bit on the popularity of the Xti. Worldwide the car is in high demand and we are cranking up production as hard as we can.

We did recently send a bunch of cars to Horizon, so if your dealer has a backorder in with Horizon, they should receive their order soon. Also, keep checking with horizonhobby.com as well as some of the large mail order shops, as again we filled their backorders as well. While we have not fully caught up, we made a big dent last week. More on the way soon, CNC's are running and we are packing.

Andrew - thanks for the support here on R/C Tech giving a hand to some of the guys. Appreciate your assistance. Also, be aware that GP does not carry the CRC line, it must have been Horizon online that you were looking at.

Thanks,
CRC
