The hole pattern is wrong so you would need an adapter of some type to make it fit.

The only advantage i can think of might be how droop is adjusted on the crc. But you could prob use the crc steerig block, kingpin and ballstud on an otherwise associated front end no. Those shims pissed me off on the asc front end.

I had a decent outing from my Xti inline car over the weekend, considering that it was basically a new car with one practice day I think that with a little more time and a better battery/motor combo it could have been quite competitive in the 13.5 class I was running.

Because it was pretty good off the bat, I think the chassis deserves some effort and my first problem is that I would like to find a better servo. I am running the old Airtronics micro servo that bolts directly to the chassis, and its getting pretty crunchy. Has anybody found an appropriate replacement? I wanted to keep it as a micro and not a mini servo that has to be glued into place.

If you are running the 94761, the SRG-HR is the upgrade/replacement and the only servo I know that drops in. The SRG-HR is a bit faster than the 94761.

I have a question, what is everyone running for servos on the CRC XTI WC?

I run the JR Z3650 in the "normal" position behind the front axles. I believe the Futaba 9650 and KO Propo RSX12 also drops in this spot. If you want to mount in front of the front axles then I believe the Sanwa SRG-HR or SRG-HS are the only drop-in models. You can make most mini servos fit using shoe goo.

I run the JR_Z3650. However, my servo is in front of the axles. I did trim the tab.

i would certainly hope that this is standard in their WC kits now as they get rid of their current (or i guess you could say past) kits

Well, new pod kits are on the way, along with an aluminum chassis because why not?
