that accord body was pretty killer on carpet yesterday. I'm curious to see how it does on asphalt myself.

Or do what I did.
Bought all three
The Ride MKII
The Rayspeed Accord
& The Protoform Mazda 6
All three work almost everywhere, well they work everywhere I race so that is enough for me.
The MKII handles best @ SoCal tight indoor asphalt.
the Rayspeed Accord is great for windy outdoor tight tracks like 4Fun Hobbies & HotRod Hobbies.
& The Mazda does great everywhere (tight or large sweepers) so far as I have raced on..
SO All of these are sound choices.
Hope this helps
Oh all of them are available through www.speedtechrc.com
Take Care & GOD Bless

By the way the Losi Alfa is arguably the best to the Mazda 6.
Both have done well so it is up to you as what you think looks better.

only problem with the parma body is availability - you can't get it, unless you find a shop with a secret stash

Chris, try the new Stratus, I've heard some good things about that one

What about the new Protoform Dodge Stratus 3.0? I heard it has so much downforce that the carpet guys can't use it. I just bought one and can't wait to try it. Could be the hot new outdoor shell for 2005.

Protoform Mazda 6 is still looking like the best. Not to sure about the stratus 3.0 since it was designed for carpet purposes. The next best to the Mazda is the Ride Acura TSX. Hara used it alot last year and it looks much better than any body that Proto, Losi, or Parma mold.

Does Ride have a website? I have never heard of them. I would like to be able to see their selection of bodies.

I think the Mazda is still the best, 'cause it has extremely much downforce at the front. The Stratus 3.0 has less steering. It shouldn't be good outdoor. For carpet for sure.
