Hi all,

Currently in runnin a tcxx and I am lookin at floating servo options, apart from the new hb one all I can see is the arrowmax option. I was wondering what the feedback is on both of these, I guess the arrowmax has a two hole fixing point on the chassis.

I also run the mount from eBay, works well.

Be careful if you plan on running without a servo saver. A small hit can twist the mount since it mounts with 2 holes that are close together.

Arrowmax floating servo mount (AM-TCXX-040003) won't fit the HB chassis I think it should be used with the Arrowmax V2 chassis (TCXX-68483-V2). I also have a V1 chassis, unfortunatelly also not good. The advantage of this, comparing to the Roche one, that if You could custom make an other (Yokomo style) mount (the piece which connects the chassis and the uppers, floating carbon plate) than it would be perfect. If You would make a custom piece, than the rear mounting hole could be the antenna hole on the original chassis.

Hi, just wanted to ask the experienced people on the thread if they would recommend the tcxx kit over other kits. I'm totally new to on road but i do have a few months offroad buggy experience. Someone was was offering me a built kit that is almost brand new for an ok price so i was thinking of trying out on road touring but i was just wondering if the Tcxx would be hard to handle. Thanks for any advice

The car is an easy drive. You should have no problems with it. Setup and tires are the most important.

i'm looking for a new foam bumper for my TCXX. currently I have one of the RIDE adjustable ones - but looking for (maybe) a harder version, like the T4 has..

any other brands work without any modifications??

I know this is a TCXX site, but the TCX thread seems to have died out. I just picked up a TCX roller and am looking for a good starting point on the spur and pinion gears. I will be running Novice 17.5. I believe the car came with a 115 spur. Any advice is really appreciated.
