Fronts wear out the fastest, .18 and .20 is usually what is ran..

Black sides are the softest and then green I think.

Blue center is usually good maybe a silver..

The most "tuning" thing ever is the tires, but don't ask me that one!!

Not to brag much, but I love my place to race and LOVE this 12R5.2... I started 9th, made it through some hacks and finished 4th, running my best time ever in 1/12 stock. Started mid season last year when we ran 13.5 and this year we run 17.5... The car is also dominating MOD with the NW Hitmen Sean Maybell and Kody Knudtson...

After racing sedans for a while 12th is a walk in the park. There is just a lot less to do. Once you figure out the tires for your track, a good base setup and the basics of tweaking you are good to go for the most part.

I'll post Hebert's exact setup when I get it but for the most part Hebert, Levanen, and I were using my Worlds setup. We have no team drivers racing other classes so we have no access to 17.5 or 13.5 setups.

They do require less maintenance but they require an extreme precision in their preparation. If there is anything binding or slightly off the car will be difficult if not impossible to drive.

No doubt! I was just saying that there is a lot less to setting wise to keep track of compared to a sedan.

This is my first 12th scale, so I apologize if this question is stupid! When I look at Hohwart's worlds set up, he has the upper arm mount with a 2mm spacer. Now when I tried that I could not get the arm brace to go in, since the upper arm mounts are now 4mm closer to each other. What am I missing?
