We a pair of mini-t's and they are alot of fun. And yes there are alot of upgrades, but personally I would get as many batteries as you can afford and a good peak charger. I would alsao keep them stock as far as motors goes, with the stock 280 the trucks don't break easily (trust me my 2 year old hasn't broke one yet!!)

However I must say that for about the same money you do actually get a lot more with the RC18T, but I cannot attest as to how fast or durable they are.....

personally i wouldn't have bought either brand new, but we got a smokin' deal on the mini-t's.....$175 for the pair with batteries and chargers!!!

i have been looking on ebay for them but they end pretty high so i figured it was just be good to buy one brand new.

I have a gas power 1/10 scale i would trade for 1.

I bought it like a year ago and only used it like twice it was to hard for me to figure out so i want to get rid of it.
