It's usually cheaper if you buy the kit overseas but shipping is redicoulous.

Hi guys... So I built my new bd7'15 2 weeks ago n ran 13.5 blinky with no issues.

However i put a 4.5t boosted on n down the main straight the rear driveshaft pin keeps getting thrown off the car, and then the dogbone goes flying and I end up with a 3-wheel drive car. I've tried thread locking the set screw, even tried thread locking the 2 ends of the driveshaft pin to the axle - no luck. Does anybody else have this problem n how can I fix it?

You can try two things, lightly dremel the pin so the set screw can have more contact or try using heat shrink over the axle area. I've used Heat shrink in the front but never in the back so you're going have to experiment. I have experience a pin backing out before so I do dremel a small flat.

Thanks. How can you heat shrink it? Won't that restrict the axle freedom? Are you able to take a pic?

It doesn't restrict it. There's a write up on it at RSD website. I can take a picture of a front axle that I had heat shrinked. Don't overdue it, you put a strip just enough to cover the pin.

Just a FYI, I wouldn't use heat shrink all the way across like the way it's shown, just a small strip 2-3mm enough to cover the pins.

If you need more use 1.5mm for the center link and/or lower front shock to #2 hole.

Post your setup and track condition and I'm sure the guys in here can help you get close to what you want.

The setup I linkedis just a good all around setup that works well from low bite to medium from my experience.

Oil is very thin, I run 450cst, usually use 2.5 rear toe as well
