The honeymoon is over.

I'm not giving up yet, but I'm close.

Same story here. This car is great it just has some quirks.

This thread is comical ... reminds me of a movie quote:

You take the Blue Pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.

No, it will just strip more teeth.

It's not dangerous, but unlikely to last long.

The car is performing fine on low- medium traction for me. Easily on pace, keeping it there is the issue.

It's very different week to week. It seems to be getting progressively worse. I'm going to try replacing my spool cups to see if that changes things. They're a little bit notched, and we observed this having a significant negative impact on the handling of a BD5.

I think it's very touchy and you have to be willing to focus all your attention on it and be willing to rebuild and go through the car after everything to make sure its all nice and tight and perfect before your throw it down. It's just not something I am used to.

I've never had a car as finicky as the bd7. The car is amazing when it's good, but it's like driving a boat when one little thing isn't right. It's fast as hell which is why I still have it and truly enjoy driving it.

We must be doing something wrong for the car to be so hot and cold.

I blame the crap shocks. Mines for sale with all of my parts. I have an easy 300-400 in parts including two full sets of dcjs one of which is new and unused. $700 shipped overnight by FedEx.
