i think he used a reflex bumper blank - http://www.reflexracing.net/RSD-Blan...r-_p_1315.html - which are very nice.

when i cut my bumpers i use a xacto cut-off wheel to shape and a grinding cone to drill the holes

2 c hubs, 2 steering blocks, 1 drive axle, 4 spurs and one rear shock tower. And that's just my t4 in the last two weeks. Not saying its the car, and not saying I wouldn't have broke less with a bd7. I was really pushing the car through that high speed chicane, and my list of broken parts reflect that. Maybe Mackie needs to drive more? Haha

It's definitely a tougher track than we have had in the past.

Ive had only one plastic steering knuckle strip the lower kingpin threads, but that is the only breakage for me after about 7 days running with modified. We do run with cornerdots here but still Ive got some serious airtime and hard hits without problems. Actually I broke a top deck from a friends BD7, but that doesnt count, right? I think that the BD7 might be even a bit more durable than the TRF rides Ive been running in the past.

Umino's is a good one. I'm basically running that with blue/blue instead of blue/pink, though I'm going to try both combos tonight.

Barely but yes. I was in a hurry.

If it works and goes fast looks are second. I'm not clean enough on carpet to care about looks right now.

How much better with the graphite parts compare stock plastic on carpet?
It is the bad that you the the have to have the graphite arms?
How much are you really improving ? just the car drive easier?

I ran graphite arms during big chill last year on my BD-5, and it breaks easily coz it is cold and dry in Vancouver. Plastic is more durable I find during winter and I use graphite parts during summer for outdoor race
