Specifically what does the bd7 do better than the xray?

Will be interesting to see if so sure once the t4 starts getting some proper track time......they're already getting close at the ets round.
well the xray just does not go trough corners, it pushes and twitches and you never really know where it goes. The bd7 and tamiya 417x just goes smootly through in the direction you drive it. It has also a lot more traction in the corners as its not acting up.

Guys, guys, calm down! I proved that the TC6.1 can beat the BD7 and the T4. xD

I've now driven a few tc6.1s and I can say that the associated is a good car. After driving my yokomo for a few weeks I can also say that I like it more than I EVER liked my t3 12. Switching was the best decision I've made.

Ive been watching videos of the ets races and im not sure if its just volker or what but that bd7 does seem to corner better than any other tc ive seen. on that level of racing and close talents i think the car plays a huge role. i think any top tc's can be competitive but u cant deny the dominance of volkers yokomo

I was just making fun. The BD7 has an incredible good basic setup and sweet spot window. For the clublevel this could be important, but doesn 't make a difference if the drivers understand their cars. For the highest pro level it could make a difference, but I doubt it a little bit, because Volker was the best caroet driver last year with the "old" car, too...

Where are the videos posted? Red rc didn't seem to have them like they did last round?

Hi all, my son has put through 12 packs over the last two weekends box set up and only the center steering top deck support removed in 17.5 boosted and the car handles great already quicker than his last car a Schumacher mi4cx. The Bd7 definitely has alot more rotation and overall is faster in the drivetrain, we run on a medium to low grip asphalt track.

The bd7 is obviously very quick, we've got one down at the local club and he's going really well with it.

The only concern is its fragility and lack of available parts. I'm just hoping the t4 can run it close.

Alright well time to switch to some aluminum. I was trying to get setup up down and tapped the boards twice and broke the right front carrier.......3rd time now. I'm hoping aluminum will fix that issue. Cause the car is super fast otherwise.

Oh it's hands down my fault but I am trying to get everything out of the car while figuring out a good setup for carpet. Plus im not used to wheeling a car that car turn. I need to drive it like a 12th scale im bouncing off the click track on exit. Which is awesome but I'm gonna go aluminum till I get used to it.

Lol...I could run the worlds biggest bumper hard or soft and it wouldn't have helped. The problem was the car had more steering so I hit the right front on the click track coming around a longer corner. (____) something more like that where it's one overall corner but in racing it would classified as two. So I'm hitting the wall/ click-track with my right front wheel.

The problem with Ali stuff is that it can bend slightly and be very hard to spot and you end up with a tweak you just can't find; also they transfer more load elsewhere, so you end up snapping a wishbone or bending a block or hinge pin.
Trust me a bent hinge pin can cause mayhem to a car and can be impossible to see without tearing the car down.
