Im lost. so basically dont use the black collars or white/clear orings that come in the kit nor bladders. Use the black bladders, and the links you posted instead. right?

Correct. In place of 1x clear O-ring and the standard black shaft guide use 2x blue O-rings amd the white shaft guide.

The bladders are a separate concern. Some people say the kit bladders are only good for 1 build. The black bladders are supposed to be "long life." Although I doubt I could ever feel the difference on track, its all about building a consistent shock package!

Anyone know what the changes are to the new bulkhead caps?

B7-32FLRB front bulkhead cap (black / left and right)
B7-32RLRB rear bulkhead cap (black / left and right)

I had a new yokomo diff a couple of months ago which came with the new yokomo red/orange o-rings which are too large and binded the diff up compared to the standard ones.

I have now seen this part listed

BD-500GOB
'O' RINGS NEOPRENE (4)

Anyone have any info about these?
