Anyone have the specs on the collar for the spur gear that goes over the bearing and has the layshaft going through it? Mine popped out of the car and I don't know where it went.

Thanks nOw I just have to find something that matches up. I used the updated instructions and it was just to tight. I went to pull it out and it shot somewhere.

I found something out that makes the old yoko spurs work. As long as I use something with a shorter button head on it they work with just the aluminum shim. If I could find an even shorter button it would be better.

Where is it binding? Is it the linkage hitting the rack? If so, you might be able to put a spacer under the ball on the rack to raise that end of the linkage up.

If you have really really thin double sided tape, you can put the RC4 underneath the servo horn, in front of the servo.

It looks like you don't have your servo horn off set enough. Remember per the instructions it needs to be an "hour, hour and a half" counter clockwise with the rack centered.

The horn and link should sit 90 degrees to one another, check the manual again (page 9). The horn should sit off set to the right.
