AME T SHOX

Hi guys!
I just finish mine!
Quite complicated to assemble with only this small piece of paper... So after the first one, I look for the Vimeo page and everything was better...
By the way, I find the quality a little bit approximative, as I have defaults on the anodization... but I can live with that...
The other point bothering me is that it seems that I have a shock shorter than the others...
The shaft seems not to go as low as the others...
Is there any feedback about a similar problem?
From what can this problem come?
Thanks in advance.

Some of you may know and some won't, but the team have been having some strong results using pistons with 3x1.4mm holes and oil in the 500 to 600 range on Tshox Short and on carpet or asphalt. Be safe to test.

Hello,
I ran the T-Shox for the first time at my track last week-end. I'm not sure of my setup but on a 6 minutes heat, the car was more consistant with the T-Shox.
I'm wondering what oil people are running on carpet ... very short track with banking (it's a oval track with on-road inside)
I'm running 17.5T Bling with a Xray T4

Hi,
At the moment we are running 3x1.4mm holes in the pistons with 550 oil.
Sometimes we run 50 lower weight front to make it easier to drive.
This is also the setup we ran when we took 1:st and 2:nd at the German Nats the other week.
Cheers

I have no experience with this specific Tamiya.
In all the other Tamiyas, the T-Shox fits perfectly and we took a great result at the TITC in open stock class with TQ and victory with a Tamiya mounted with T-Shox.
please let me know about the size, thanks

How long does the shock and the shaft need to be to fit the TA06?

Thanks Andreas, this is pretty much what I got in the shock.
What rebound spring do you use ?
For me, T-Shox was not faster on one lap but much more consistant during the entire heat. The car feel better and is a little more predictable. Great product !

On the Xray T4, how many spacers are people using between the suspension arm and the lower shock eyelet so that the shock is vertical?

Hello Andreas,
Is this with the short shox for xray or with the normal shox ? Would you advise this option for use with the Yokomo BD7 ?
Also a question about the asphalt spring set. Somebody told me that for the asphalt springs you have to use the long spring on the front and the short spring on the back. Is this correct ?
Thanks :-)
