Advice for new 13.5T motor/esc combo

For a couple of months I've been racing my 36sh rubbered FDR 4.1 geared Sakura Zero S on a 200m outdoor asphalt track with very good traction, up until recently using a blinky setup Novak GTB2 ESC and 30* (factory) timed Ballistic 13.5T combo. However, the other day I was having too much fun to mind my timer, so instead of a normal 5 minutes of continous full throttle I ran more than 7.5, burning both motor and esc beyond repair. An expensive personal best, shouldn't have let the red mist take over, but there you have it.

I've read myself blind on kV, Kt, energy efficiency, internal resistance, mechanical timing and a lot more, and asked at the track where opinions are plentiful and facts rare, so now I turn to you - which combo, or motor, would you recommend?

TL;DR - Old combo went up in stinky fumes, which 13.5T blinky ESC + manual timed motor combo should I get for a 200m sticky onroad track with a 14 sec lap record?

Thanks ;)
