Cheers bro. Don't think I'll run the wing on it. got some pics of the body on the chassis for a test fit but I need to get some stealth posts for it cause I don't want any holes in the shell.

Nice and clean mount.. Is there a good steath brand to stick with as I've never used or seen them. Does the diffuser work with your body?

The diffuser is lower than the rear panels and I need to trim the bumber to fit it under the front panels,it's to big. So gonna have to be real carefulmight strengthen the body with fibre tape and hot glue? Any one got any Ideas?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to install stealth mounts to this chassis. It's gonna be a challenge as the front post are so wide and the light buckets interfere with the mounts now? maybe need to mount off the shock tower or something?

saw this on ebay

at the bottom of the page you linked it says this
Quote:
This product is good for Display or Super Slow Speed driving.
Not good for R/C car racing.
but I'm also thinking so far those abc mounts are the closest thing to a decent fit I'll be able to get for my shell as it doesn't matter how wide the posts are apart and I can turn them around away from the light buckets and lower the shell a bit more

maybe I should have gone with the pandora Sileighty shell for the length of the nose?

wheelbase looks pretty short considering tamiya shells are only 257mm, not 260.

this chassis is supposed to be a 256mm wheel base the shell is 257mm but it does seem to be a bit smaller? I just realized what it is that makes it look smaller, it's the 3deg toe in on the rear! I'll be getting the 0.5deg mounts when they are available

I was thinking I'd use my spare posts from a TT-01 cut down with velcro pads on top?

I cut the rear posts down further by two holes and the front by three

Perfect!! My favorite online store carries these ABC mounts and I have read some good things on them. They are now in my cart..

Those look good and hope they work like you want. Been thinking about stealing some things off my other car but have been enjoying building this right from the start and also so I can keep drifting..

Anyone have news when the option parts will be out?

the body fits well, theres no fowling now. I just stuck it down with blutak to test if the wheels clear the guards when steering and they do! when I picked the body up to turn off the radio gear the chassis came with it lol so I think velcro will work

I reckon they will wait till after their second release of the kit! the first release has been a hit and 3racing has no stock left of the CS Sport. They will be doing the second release in November, So I think they won't be doing the option parts till then?
