are RC Model Tx & Rx FM 72.830 MHz R/C Hobby Receiver & Transmitter Crystal CY624
compatible with Futaba 6EXHP?

I would say yes. Your Tx/Rx takes 72MHz crystals and that's a 72MHz crystal.
