Default What shore for carpet racing !

What shore is best for carpet racing on foam tires ??

Stats: HPI Pro4, 12 and 17Turn motor, short-medium track, alot of slow-medium speed turns.

Everyone is using rubber tires but I wanna try foam, tire rules are free.

Plz comment

I personally like Purple(40 Shore) Rear and Purple/Orange(40/55) Fronts on my TC4. You can't go wrong with this setup.

For something a little softer, try Double Pink(35) Rear and Dbl. Pink/Orange(35/55) Fronts.

The pink combination seems much more popular at my track while running 19t motors.

anything from 35-40 rears and 40-45 fronts is generally used in 19turn classes on carpet, depending on the grip level

most people I know use 42front and 40rear
