Would you recommend the graphite parts over the regular plastic parts? I know normally graphite parts are less forgiving, but maybe yokomo parts arent the norm

I used both and have found for stock and 19t grafite is fine...Only had one track where grafite had an issue...LOL JUST Found that out....
But yes the plastics are much more durable.
What I am finding is that if you crash alot avoid grafite. If you don't so much than grafite is good...My new favorite are these...lighter and yet stronger...

I havent broken a single graphite part except the steering knuckle which I suggested buying extras of. I like the car to be very responsive and predictable and graphite gives me this feel.

Okay, I'll save the graphite stuff for later days..

also, does anyone know if Horizon plans on stocking BD parts? I am a big supporter of my LHS and they can only get stuff from horizon (and a few other places, but they only have airplane stuff)

Thanks for the input guys...Pops I agree...but I broke one of those as well!!!!!!!!The pin in the middle of the universal.On some occasions I have slid down a barrier (pvc pipe) but on others it seems like rubbing doors with another car or in one case I got the car up on two wheels and when it came down onto four wheels again BANG another one broken!!

Yokomo has some new suspension mounts for the BD that are one piece and eliminate the split type. for the front one the belt goes under it and for the rear the belt goes over it.

Yeah, it just feels like the BD fits me better.*sidebar*- Maybe I should try my SDW, HMMM. *end sidebar* I'm using the inline steering blocks and the amount of steering that those gave it is UMM UMM GOOD. Just what the Dr. ordered. Can't wait to see my lap times this weekend -JB

YUP YUP...I am getting very consistant now with the BD...I ran both the LCG and BD on Saturday and it is just too hard to run a shaft and a belt as you have to have two totally different throttle controls and I just am not that good yet.
I did buy a second BD so I don't have to change much as way as setup. Besides it is nice to a second car ready at all times.

Did anyone try to play with wheelbase? Last time I was really lacking of rear grip and I moved the rear arms backward (there is only one thick plastic shim instead of the SD multiple thin shims) the car was a lot better but naturally it felt slower, I've ordered the Square Delrin shims but I was wondering if I should try to change the roll center instead of the wheelbase.
