For PVC tracks (Parking Lot) what we did is to have a number of pieces of pipe, bent (using a heat gun) with 45 and 33 degree, then cut up a few sticks of PVC and you can connect and make almost any lay out...to make a 180 just connect the pre-bent with short straight sticks... for a hard 180 just placed a dot at then end of the pipe...

What the heck, here's my home track i made this summer. it's on asphalt and has 9' lanes. it's very fun but seems a little small.the bottom outer part acts like a double apex which is SWEET to get right. i might have to make it a little less technical to open it up a bit. Designed the track on Adobe Illustrator CS4.

What track barrier material are you using for such smooth curves on the track?

Any new programs out there for track designing? Been a couple years since the last post so I thought I would ask.

Got an email from a fellow looking for some design proposals for a track in i believe Haiti so here's some of what I came up with

(apologies for the file size, im uploading these from my phone and I don't have an image size optimizer on here)
the first three are "wall to wall" at the proposed 135x60 ft dimensions with 10 ft lanes. Each block represents 5 feet. The last two are 8 ft lanes at 130x50 (128x48 to be precise not including the pitlane arena)
