Help! What car is this? 4WD Belt Drive

Hi:
I am new to this, but I found this car and I have no idea what it is:
Belt Drive
4WD
Carbon Fiber upper and lower chassis
window for front and rear diffs

Any help is greatly appreciated. If I should be posting on another thread, please let me know!
