Later,
yes they did revert on their updated car LOL

I think the CVD pins (moore edition) are 1.5x11mm pins and the universal joint pins (hara edition) are 2x10mm pins.

i've been running this set-up
http://www.petitrc.com/reglages/hotb...etup200712.pdf

but i made the following changes:
front block = F 1mm R 1.5mm
front droop = 6
front oil = 40wt
front spring = hpi white
rear droop = 6
rear ride height = 5.3
rear oil = 30wt
rear spring = hpi pink
tamiya red foam on top of bladders
front suspension arm spacer = F.5mm R 2mm
rear suspension arm spacer = F 2mm R .5mm
rear upright spacer = F 2.75mm R

other things to try:
1.2 mm front sway bar
reduce the rear toe-in block to 2.5

You had to bring that up again huh. That was crap losing to a two color rattle can paint job and another one that was all sticker's. That's why I will never enter that contest again. They play favorite's. I really like the rule that you had to paint the body yourself yet just about everyone there had their bodies painted by that one girl Oh well......I still have my 2nd place to Charlie B. trophy

hey Chris where you gonna be pitting? Gonna wanna ask you how that setup works for you this weekend...

as long as i been doing onroad, im still nooby to setting up a car other than shock position, camber and toe-in (even then im still nooby), shock oil weight, and springs.

@_@

whats the suggested rear plate thing for medium to low asphalt track conditions? Right now i have th aluminum rear plate like the WCE kit would include. Between the FRP plate, the carbon fiber plate, and a modded plastic cyclone S rear plate, whats the best to use in this scenario and what are the disadvantages if any?

anything but the aluminum would benefit you. the plastic S deck with the webbing cut out or the FRP plate work would work well. it won't give you a drastic traction change, but it will allow the rear to flex a little more than the aluminum piece.
