the belts feel really good using the 18t pulley's with stock belts (62t and 169t)

Acutually the front belt feels so good I have chosen to remove the tensioner, it looks cleaner without it and has the proper tension.

Are people having problems with ratio's with the regular pulley?
hard getting into the low 5's FDR without going to a small spur and large pinions.

70t spur, 34t pinion is 5FDR on normal pulley&belts

outdoor closest i have got so far for 13.5 outdoor is 66/40 ~ 4FDR

Still feel the need for more push though

48dp pitch

Last edited by Woz; 01-28-2008 at 12:51 PM. Reason: pitch (64pitch wouldn't work), wrong pinion sizes

It's a stabliser, not a tensioner.....it's there to make sure theres no excessive up-and-down movement from the belt.
It should be set to be very slightly above the belt, not touching it.
