just recieved the 3Racing 5cell chassis yesterday... prepping it up now.
it's 2mm thick..perfect for asphalt racing...
has predrilled holes for the 3Racing velcro battery strap system.

Where can you get the V3 spool?? Everyone is out! Did find the v3 hardended steel universals at horizon hobby
3Racing has a similar designed V3 spool...and it's half the cost.
try ebay.. or RcMarket, RcStation, Precision RC all in HK.

I'm going to HK this DEC...and going visit these shops and go on a shopping spree....

rc-zombies, did you get the velcro strap as well?? Would be interested in knowing how that goes

I have a normal 3 racing chassis, when i asked in the 3racing forums they said it would not fit the velcro battery strap

2.5mm
if you want 2mm , Thailand have 2mm chassis, his made to Andy , Hara & HB Team ,
but some expensive !

don't know about the 6cell chassis... still using the stock chassis..

I have several set of the straps that I purchased earlier this year...
the straps will not fit the 6cell chassis... only the 5cell..
