The c hub is the piece that looks like a big c that holds the front knuckles to the car and is attached by a hinge pin to the front a-arms. The pro4 and regular cyclone c hubs are what you want preferably the 4degree caster ones

The 4 degree carbon graphite c-hub is part #HP73518.

C-Hubs, Steering Blocks, A-arms and Rear Hubs are some of the more common parts that will break in an impact. If you race somewhere that doesn't have HB parts in stock you might think about stocking up on these parts in case you break at the track.

The currently available 3.6mm chassis is great for carpet racing and it fits on the TC without any modifications. If you are running on carpet with rubber tires the stock chassis is actually just perfectly fine.

Kit's are due early September. Sounds like you might be running foam tires on carpet. The setup you were thinking of doing will be great. I would also suggest the 2.5mm upper deck and middle deck as well.

I just picked up a second hand cyclone black. The car has a front one-way installed as well as a center one-way. Was it worth it to get or should I have gotten the TC? The brushless motor mount is $50.

Is there a asphalt top deck and chassis? or is it designed for it?

The brushless motor mount is only needed for 6 cell modified motors (like a 3.5).

You may need to upgrade to the new center pulleys though if you are planning on running 17.5.

And the cyclone is an Asphalt weapon as it is.... stick with the existing decks.

just a quick question , the cyclone TC has an 18 tooth pulley and the moorspeed an 16 tooth pulley .what would be best for modified racing 5.5 brushless .
And also does the TC has an 18 tooth pulley only for the front belt or on both belt (i know that sounded like a silly question but i wasnt sure) and whats the advantage of the 18 tooth pulley
thanks in advance

the cyclone moorespeed has 16t pulley's and the new TC has the 18t pulley's You can put 18t pulley's on any car if you want. the 18t pulley's bring your DTR to 2.166 but if you were using the 16t pulley's your DTR will be 2.4375 i think.

Whatever you do, get the 18t pulleys. yes both pulley's on the TC are 18t.
