I want to mount a fan on my cyclone, like about a 40mm or 50mm fan on top of the motor but not touching it, anyone have any pics of a braket they have made up, or pics of the coolcanfan for the cyclone.....

thanks

Had my first race with the cyclone today...car ran great besides a bit of understeer, a bad radio glitch and the tool behind the radio lol

Now, this is just a batch issue as far as I know, but I will try and get someone on here that knows more than I do about what is going on.

Thank you Korey and please do
I don't think anybody not even Hara should have to re-drill/ream and use a bigger pin
I think we all would like to know when this will go away and not come back.
Thank you ...a happy Cyclone racer

Hi Guys
Here is my L-P-W (Lipo Weight Plate) Made from 1.5mm stainless steel, with 60grams of lead stuck to the base of it, (I may screw them on in the next version) it weighs in at a total 150 grams. I have a foam block at the front of the Lipo, which slips neatly up against the bulk head to stop it from moving forward, as I have sanded the lumps off of the bottom of the Orion 3800 so as to get it under the top deck. I have stuck a strip of foam to stop from moving inward the the car, even though it probably wont because of the tape holding it, I have made a ledge to stop it from coming out of the L-P-W and covered it in a sticky back CF paper. Its attached to the chassis by using original holes, one for the ariel mount, and the one just back from that. I have no extra lead anywear in the TC and now weight in at 1508. Any questions ask away
Cheers Malc TCCFM

i'm sure this has been asked before - but does anyone know where I can get a spring chart that includes the HARA springs?? I'm looking for something a little softer than the gold (f) and the silver (r) for my cyclone that I'm running in the local USVTA series...

It works ok, but i'd like a touch more grip and you can't do a whole lot with the tires or inserts

I do know the blue is one step softer than the silver, and the pink is one step softer than the gold. I haven't received my hara springs yet, so I'm still a little vauge on those.

Here ya go. Now the only thing to remember is the Hara springs are more progressive than the normal hpi pro 4 springs. The pro 4 springs are very linear, so it'd be like comparing apples to oranges.

If you can get all Xray springs. They're easier to get and works just the same.
