Ive actually heard a lot of bad things about the titanium racing unis. Yes they are really light but build quality is pretty ordinary. Ive also heard they are not that strong.

I have a couple and the join between the axle stub and cvd isnt that good. Also the pins are wide so you cant put blades on them and if you stick them into a delrin diff the pins are a little thick so it binds a touch and wears the delrin diff outdrives out a little faster.

Yes those are the correct ones..... however, there is a whole thread with people complaining about TIR.

I can summarise my problems with TIR as 2 things. Firstly I've had problems with them not sending out products even a month after they received my payments and the wrong parts have been sent out on a number of occassions taking them months to put right.... and I live in the UK where they are based. Secondly I think there are some quality control issues. I've had some of those driveshafts which have been perfect and have lasted a long time and they are the best driveshafts that I have used however with others the pins have fallen out within one run and others have worn away within one race day. With some of their pinions the armature doesn't fit in the hole as it is too small and has needed reaming.

Personally, I'm sick of the hassle and will not shop from them again.

btw MIP do an excellent driveshaft for the Cyclone

Actually yes sorry that should be quality control, not build quality....

Also need to find out whether the CORE 5000 lipos fit in the TC?

I would personally get......

Purple alu shock collars, and do away with the black plaky ones

Purple alu shock mounts, and do away with the black plaky ones

I took the shrink off of mine, and then used nail polish remover and made it silver

It fits in the car easier, And looks a lil better
