Does Hotbodies USA sell to hobbyshops directly? I was told you don't which is a load of crap. Are you guys planning to make the distributors of your products actually carry the products that you produce? I am starting to get annoyed with the answers I am getting from Hotbodies USA in regard to their Cyclone line{onroad and offroad} ALL of my cars are from Hotbodies. I have sold alot of cars locally just by running them{I use to work in this industry}. If I can't get parts except in either Asia or Europe in regularity, whats the point of continuing buying these cars? I just bought a D4 WCE and cant get the spares I need for it without ordering from 10 different websites most of them being overseas. Can someone at HB USA actual update their website so I can buy the actualy parts I need? I was told this is the only way to order from them directly as an end consumer.Any of the questions asked can be answered in whole or part.

I agree that you do have to order from 20 different places to get the parts you need.

agreed, kinda rediculous, took months for them to add the new parts for the cyclone and alot still arent on there yet. And how can they be out of stock of something they produce?

You said it bra....If I ever dumped my Cyclones it would be because of poor parts support. Hot Bodies needs to step up!

I'd say its probably time to get all over HPI's buttocks...Since they are the driving (and dare I say funding) source for HB...

And HB probably outsources all the parts they "make" - which kind of would explain why they are having issues...but still not an excuse

even when the Lightning Pro first came out - it was a pain-in-the-butt to get parts from them, even hobby shops...it was easier for a end-user to call them and order parts individually instead of a shop ordering parts...I remember that all too well

The ride is almost complete. Just need to swing by the shop and pick up some extra hinge pins. I can't believe that I didn't have any already I did remove my servo off of the standard mounts and went back to it shoe goo'd on the chassis which also allowed my to place it forward slightly. This is the position that Scotty originally had it but once I broke my chassis I decided to use the mounts. Without the mountsa it also allows a bit more room for electronics to be placed.(No more receiver on the servo) I'm not taking my lap top to the track for this race so any updates by me won't happen until I get home after each day.

Also....Saturday after qualifying I won't be able to update you guys. That's the B-Day and we are having a bbq after the race and I will be hanging with friends and family. I do have internet on the cell phone so maybe I could get you guys some up dates. Those of you that know me personally but can't make the race you have the cell phone number so if I'm not wrenching on my ride I will fill ya in.

No one will be able to honestly answer that question unless they are factory sponsored because the car just came out and not too many people have it let alone raced it. All info at this point would be guys giving you info off of reading what's new on the new car. We really won't know until a couple of weeks go by and guys that had the MS car and now have the new car give their input.

its the same car with different parts, you dont need to drive the new TC, it has a different diff in the back, the bulkheads are either taller or shorter and the upper bulkheads are taller or shorter,so no difference in performance just makes it even harder to find replacements.

The chassis is different but pretty much the same, just some battery slots for NI-MH. A different top deck with an option for the ATC posts. There aren't alot of hop-ups on it like the WCE.

-alloy shock mounts
-alloy belt tensioner
-alloy spring pirches
-Ti turnbuckles
-MIP CVD's
-Graphite bumper brace
-purple shock collars
-alloy servo mounts
-Ti coated hingepins/shock shafts

the new TC doesnt have these parts.
