Hot Bodies Cyclone
Its not like every part you buy has to be the same.... There is very few parts that are hard to find for this car IMO......

anybody know what other pistons may fit inside the hotbodies shocks? (Tamiya, Losi< etc....) It's been like pulling teeth to get parts around here. I don't want to place an order out of the states just for some pistons. My LHS has placed numerous orders but still no HB shipment. Wake up guys. It's only two days max to ship to Sacramento. Hard to support a car if people around here can't get parts. Great car but support is lacking from the US side.

I thought that Tamiya would be the way to go but I wasn't sure. I'll Just get those from my boy and go from there. Thanks bro.

not changing cars...it's just a shame that the local hobby shop places orders and they are never filled or shipped in a timely manner. I love the car and I'm not changing but must I really place an over seas order for some frickin' pistons???? What good is having a US location if everyone still must order over seas????
I don't mind ordering overseas, i just pay for the EMS shipping and the hong Kong shops are amazing!

I'm just trying to support my LHS but there has to be something wrong if HPI/HOTBODIES is in SoCal and we are in Sacramento and can't get anything. If my over seas order will get here before and order in my own state then that's very sad How much is EMS shipping usually run???

EMS shipping for parts is not much, like $15-30. But if your ordering stuff like power supplies, chargers, etc its about $50+.

It lists the dimensions so maybe you can compare it to TRF pistons.

the trf pistons fit. they'll give your shocks more pack than the hb pistons due to the profile.
Where have this body to sale ?

black cvd's, #3 piston (1.1), front shock tower (world's edition), pink springs, and the new diff they claim to have in stock. Minus the diff I need all the other parts just to try the worlds set up.
Good looking out bro. Thanks for the heads up.
You're about the 4th person that has told me this so I'm off to get some Tamiya pistons

stalin you can get all those parts from hotbodiesonline.com right from HPI in cali, except the diff isnt out yet in N. America but it is in China. Rcmarket and rcmodel both have them, i think they are sold out, send him a PM.
