Is Andy Moore Edition Cyclone Li-Po and Brushless friendly? I’ve heard something about new motor mount pacifically designed to make brushless motor fits. Does it come with the kit or I have to buy it separate?

Fits the orion platinum or TrakPower high mah packs

The BL motor mounts are raised up, so if you run MOD with BIG spurs then you would want that, I remember Marcos j said 108 fits no mods, and any bigger sticks out the bottom of the chassis....

But if yours doing stock or 19T, it doesnt matter

It doesnt come with the kit

That should read 6 cell brushless mod, if you are running 5 cell mod you probably wont need the brushless motor mount.

Actually you might if you go below 3.5 with an LRP

It is not as big in Australia as it is in the US. A morespeed in australia will set you back about US $600 and parts are a little more as well. Most people still buy from Hong Kong and the US as it still works out cheaper.

Does anyone have a Moore Speed WCE Cyclone they want to sell? Either from the states or Australia, looking at spending around $200 as it is an old car now. Postage to Brisbane, Australia 4000.

Cheers
Adrian

why does the kit stock setup call for a thicker rear sway bar than the front? It just doesn't make sense

Australia is more about outdoor sports, cricket, rugby, soccer, beating up on POMs.... as opposed to more hobby orientated activities.
Also we dont have many kids racing (or at least in sydney) which i guess could be due to the large initial cost of getting into competitive racing.

Default Wimpy diff screws & wandering layshaft

Thought I had the diffs figured out with the alum. outdrives and then broke another diff screw tonight. Thats three in three weeks.

I just dropped the one way in front and said forget about it for now. I was running the front diff tight admitadly. I'm gonna sand the next diff rings and drill the outdrives to accept a beefy screw. Any suggestions ??

I built the car as per the instructions and the layshaft wanders and the bearings are not seated tightly in the bulkheads any suggestions? Locktite on the outside?
