Hi Guys,

Does anyone have a good setup for the 3.6mm chassis and other new bits on carpet with foams?

Cheers.

You should be able to use the old bmi setups with the new HB carpet chassis.

ctx-w are you guys talking about tire warmers or chargers?

If you asking about the regular muchmore cellmaster it is very noisy and annoying as the fans are always running. There is a silent version but i dont know what it is like.

i stripped the threads on my servo horn tonight. Im wondering if its because I put an aluminum servo saver arm on it in place of the stock black plastic one. Im talking about that arm that the steering turnbuckle connects to and that arm is bolted to the ackerman links.

its basically now an ALL aluminum servo saver. Would that cause the stripped servo horn?

I ran a alu arm for a while, but when I swapped to a Futaba servo I run plastic now..... Sounds like you need to loosen your saver in the center of the car, and stop hitting the wall so hard LOL, that must of been some abuse to strip that

Just loosen the saver in the center a half-3/4's of a turn looser should do it, to much and it will just get annoying, so play with it a little

I use a futaba servo too! Why did you go back to the stock plastic arm over the aluminum? I think the extra purple is gorgeous and helps stiffen my steering.

The manual says to leave 1.5mm open thread on the servo saver, are you saying to loosen it up some more?

Because the ones that come with the Futaba servo are tough as heck! I havent had any problems, or regret from switching....

What brand was the arm? Maybe it was a bad one? IDK

Yes, loosen it up more, but not a ton
