Hmm if you accidentally buy the Cyclone S C Hubs they will break very easily, but the knuckles should be fine

The car was going no more than 10mph. 3x in 1 day, i couldnt get around the track without tapping the board once lightly on the right side and if I tapped it breaks.

Now for the strange part. My foam tire/carpet car has aluminum steering knuckles/c-hubs and a Parma front bumper. I can wack the boards at 30mph and keep going.
I don't know how you're breaking parts so easy, i've done the whole British series through the summer, and now almost finished the winter season, and have never broken any of the plastic parts. The alloy parts shouldn't be needed.

With the diff screw breaking, just drill out the outdrives slightly, and apply as little grease as possible to the thrust race assembly.

all i can say is "use the pro4 bumper" and you wont break front parts without battering something HARD

I don't think you can ever break this screw, You use the t-nut from one and the screw from the other.

Im gonna assume it was the crappy bumper that was on the car. I'll make sure I switch it to the stock one for tomorrow's race until my parma bumper arrives.

My foam moorspeed used to break c-hubs/steering knuckles all the time too before i switched to aluminum. Maybe I got a brittle batch of graphite.

I would love to post pics of the steering knuckle that shattered in 3 peices which is never seen.

Ive only broken one knuckle, I switched to T2 knuckles and they are great. Comming from an original jrxs this car is indestructable.

Yep they are a perfect fit just used the ackerman hole closest to the hub itself on the T2 knuckles and everything is the same.
