most of the fast guys at my track say they buy new kits every season because their old cars start to lose their "edge". Their definition of "edge" is the car is inconsistent and "the parts wear or tweak".

I pretty much only buy used kits and I have always done really well with them, I also read somewhere that andy moore himself always builds a fresh kit before a big race.

RC MARKET...... You are always right on top of what is going on. Do you race A Cyclone yourself ???? You seem to have all the parts I need all the time.

its plenty short for 13.5

My foam tire car has the 18t pulley's and a 96t spur mated to a 47t pinion and makes a FD of 4.42 for my tight 75'x50' carpet.

My rubber tire car has stock 16t pulley's and a 88t spur mated to a 47t pinion which makes a FD of 4.56 for the same track.

The car has plenty of punch and horsepower with my novak 13.5

Just slap them on

As long as you can screw them into the spur hub, theres no issues

There's just something about running a pinion that's half the size of the spur. Ever notice that Robinson doesn't mark their pinions over 41T?
