Default thickness of chassis and other carbon components?

Hi, can anyone post the thickness of the main chassis and the other components?

Just wonder, if the car will suit indoor carpet racing, or if I need a thicker tuning chassis and so on.

I think it only effected the kits released in Japan... some kind of mix-up in the packaging of the bulkheads.... no defects in the bulkhead itself... the US kits should be ok.

nope..boil or not to boil was the question when the kit was first released...
boiling the gears was a quick fix to the diff gear breakage problem...
the gear problem has been fixed with the V1.1 gears....

back to our regularly scheduled programing.

I got my kit this morning and its got the right bulkheads in it. Just slotting it together now to check the fit of everything before pulling it to bits to do the chassi properly.

Default First Run

I took the car to Speedline Hobbies yesterday for it's first run on a track. The car drives better than any other car I have ever driven, plenty of traction and steering. The car would have been unshakeable had it not been for my "spool" coming loose under load (still working on this issue). When the spool did hold the car was able to outperform the cars that went on to win the class, unfortunately that was only for the first half of the race.

One suggestion to anyone building this car is loc-tite. I had several screws come loose and some even fell out (such as the steering ball studs).
