That was the whole problem, everyone looked at it and though that it was gonna work with TC3 set-ups. This same issue is killing the TC4. Everybody just wanted to pull the shocks and angles off their TC3's and just go out and be fast. Nobody paid any attention to the fact that it's a DIFFERENT CAR. Why would AE go through the trouble of releasing a new car EXACTLY LIKE THEIR OLD CAR?
The PRO 4 is a fine platform, Carpet or Asphalt. If HPI had a TEAM of drivers, rather than just 4 or 5 guys outside of Asia, I think the results would look quite different. Hara and Surikarn weren't at Cleveland this year. If they were, the results would probably have looked a bit different. I mean seriously, how many drivers do AE, LOSI, XRAY etc. have worldwide? Development is easier when you have a greater pool of racers to glean knowledge from.
