is anyone out there running a 7700 mamba in a cyclone with a 100 tooth spur.
i presently have a 33 tooth pinion and i had to remove one of the case screws on the mamba to get it to mesh with the spur and it needs to go a little closer.

Right now I'm running a 108T spur like protc3 said.

Anyone running a 10.5 in the Cyclone? Wondering what the FDR and spur/pinion combo fits. I am at a 4.88 right now with a 48 pitch 70 and 35. I am wondering if I can go smaller on the spur like a 60. Or 78 in 64 pitch.

Hi Guy's
I want to give 540 (silver Can) a run, will a 48 pitch 78 spur with a 45/46 pinion fit okay. this is the rollout I am looking for. I am using the worlds edition, I normally run mod so any help would be great. I have never run 540 before but the boy's from our club are a bunch of crazies and I want to run with a few of them in 540 for fun.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Addam

Where the heck do you find a 45/46 tooth 48 pitch pinion. I have never found one that big . The largest I have found is 40 tooth.

Oh dear ,
Okay, I will change the above question, what pinion/spur combo do I need to get a rollout of 47mm that will fit the Cyclone.
What combo are you guy's with silver cans using to get a good fit and a good result with please.
Thanks Guy's

I used to run 48 pitch on my pro 4 with 69T spur and 41t pinion (team atlas make this pinion i think they also make a 42T) in my Pro 4. I think they fit in the cyclone but im not sure

Im not that keen on pulling it apart.

I havent seen any people running that high a rollout with 64 pitch though.

PS. For 540 stiffen the car up put in the one way and reduce the rear toe to as low as possible for the grip you need.... 540 is about maintaining corner speed.
