BMI carpet guys, are you running the F/R stand-offs??
Larry nor myself ran stand offs at SnowBirds. That was the highest bite we were on in a while and the car didn't need it. Larry did run a center brace that Jason @ BMI made. I, however, did not run that center brace as I didn't have one. When you making more of those Jay?

I'm very new to the HotBodies car.
At full steering I got a lot of chattering from the front wheels/axles.
Anybody an idea what it could be??
Rob Janssen
Rob,
This is generally caused by too much steering throw (CVD is binding at the extreme end points).... If you have a setup station, use the toe-in guide to check your steering throw... It should be between 15 to 20 deg's. I run mine at about 16 or 18 degs and dial my steering throw on my transmitter down to 85%. You should have ample steering for the car and another benefit is you should also notice very good tire wear from this as the car is not scrubbing the front tires in turns. They are actually steering the car in a turn.

when running the car or when you hold it off the ground? As far as I know when off the ground that is common for CVDs to do that. At least my last three cars have all done that.
