I can almost imagine a new hopup to improve the rigidity of the middle bulkhead above the cells. Wouldnt you reckon a heatsink bar (similar to the one for the 415) of sorts could be implemented there? This would stiffen up the portruding bar on the right and at the same time protect it from crash damage (bending etc) by spreading the force of the damage over a larger area.

Here is a pic to illustrate

good idea...except I don't see a lot of heat dissapation traveling up the single screw connect to the heatsink bar. Tamiya just came out with a clip on heatsink for the 415 that will fit except it's blue.

Its for looks and reinforcement really, The heatsink beam for the 415 I'm sure also didnt really enhance the cooling significantly though it did look very nice

Is it just me or does this car look like alot of the current parts for the pro 4 are interchangeable on this one. Springs, sway bars, pivot blocks, hub carriers, and castor blocks. The only thing I see that doesn't look interchangeable on the suspension is the arms. Anyone know if that is true or not?

That would be real nice if all my pro 4 parts will fit on this car.

Anyone notice that this is the RTR edition. Are they going to release a kit version too? I sure hope so....

probably a type/misprint...
below it reads:

REQUIRES: Radio: 2-Channel with 2 Servos
Radio Batteries: (8) AA size
Speed Control: Electronic of modeler's choice
Motor:
Battery:
Charger: AC/DC timed or peak for battery
Paint:
Misc. Items: Building and track equipment

it's great to see the price below $500.00
with the discounts that comes to around $470+/-

I think the RTR is a misprint. If you read under the Tech notes......it isn't RTR.

Maybe they mean with RTR that it's pre-build...

Is it not possible that the reason we have seen black versions of the Cyclone is to lower costs of testing as it would be cheaper to anodise black than purple?
